The IHG 2008 Renovation Award.
Atlanta (September 24, 2008) - The Holiday inn Express Rolling Meadows-Schaumburg has received the IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) 2008 Renovation Award for having successfully completed major modernization and renovation programs during the past year. IHG is the world's largest hotel group by the number of rooms.
The hotel was honored at a special ceremony held during the 2008 IHG Americas Investors and Leadership Conference in Los Angeles, CA, September 24-26, 2008. Mr. Patel of the Holiday Inn Express Rolling Meadows-Schaumburg accepted the award.
"The Holiday Inn Express Rolling-Meadows-Schaumburg further demonstrated its commitment to enhancing the guest experience with the renovation of its property last year," said Richard Solomons, Interim President, the Americas, IHG.
Renovations of the hotel were completed in July 2008. A trophy designating the Holiday Inn Express Rolling Meadows-Schaumburg as a 2008 Renovation Award winner will be on permanent display at the hotel.
More than 4,000 franchise owners, operators and company officials attended the 2008 IHG Americas Investors and Leadership Conference.
